Machine Maintenance & Rebuild Program
All of our machines have been rebuilt over the last five years — not 10 to 15 like many other shops. This makes it possible for us to maintain tight tolerances of up to ±0.0004”.
Davenports are true workhorses. With good maintenance and regular rebuilding, a machine can remain in service for 50+ years. Some machines on our floor date back to the 1970s and continue to cut parts as precisely as the day they went into service.
